HR Business Partner (EKE161)

R30 000 – R35 000 per month

6 Month Contract only, must be available to start immediately

Qualification requirements:
Degree education or equivalent professional qualification
Solid international HR Generalist experience
Completion of ESP and EE plan monitoring per requirement for region
Responsible for HR law and requirements
HR Expertise

Recruitment, People development, reward, performance management and employee relations and day to day HR operations requirements
 Ensure approval for offers of employment, bonus and equity eligibility are applied, providing documentation to justify recommendation and selection
 First point of contact for managers on employee issues (Advice and coaching), assisting with legal issues and complications. Develop performance improvement plan and delivery
Performance management and goal setting (PACE)
 Manage absence policies and processes
Assist with developing annual regional training plans, use EDR tools to support on talent and succession planning programs
Manage HRIS system and reports
Responsible for compensation and benefits including payroll
 MIS reports and headcount reports
 Insertion and implementation of Employment Equity, Health and Safety and skills development and any other labour act implementation
Strong training and OD background on global projects internationally required
