Relevant qualification in Business Analysis from one of the IIBA™ Endorsed Education Providers contributing towards future certification.

Minimum Experience Level
Must have 5 years’ people management experience (in managing IT specialist)
Must have worked in Agile environment / Agile methodology
Financial Services experience (5 - 8 years)

Technical / Professional Knowledge
Banking knowledge, procedures, Budgeting, Business administration and management, Change management, Client service management, Data analysis, Employee training/development, Relevant regulatory knowledge
Information Technology concepts
Object Orientation (Developers), Usability and GUI techniques, Governance, risk and controls, Modelling (ARIS /UML), End -to End Innovation Lifecycle Method, BA Body of Knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure proper financing of the function
providing input into the compilation of budget based on planned projects and deliverables.
Manage and control budget for cost centre.
Achieve project deadlines and quality requirements.
Ensure transformational targets are met.

Deliver a world-class service by creating a client service culture.
Support the implementation of business optimisation improvement.
Help business stakeholders identify and clarify their goals and IT requirements.
